Come out and join 4 Wheel City at the Disability Pride Parade on July 12th. We will be performing and shooting the video for “The Movement” in association with NYSCIA and the New York City Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities. “The Movement” raises awareness of spinal cord injuray (SCI) and its release celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA).
Come be a part of history… Enjoy the festivities and support “The Movement”! The first 50 attendees will receive a free “Where U From? 4 Wheel City!!!” shirt.
10:00 am Parade check-in starts at the corner of Madison Avenue and 23rd Street and continues down Broadway until East 17th Street –Union Square Park
11:30 am Parade Line-up at start
12:00 am Parade starts/opening remarks
12:00 am Union Square Festival starts
12:30 am Beginning of parade enters Union Square Park
2:00 pm End of parade enters Union Square Park
5:00 pm End of Union Square Festival
Accommodations that will be available along the route of the parade are: accessible restrooms and accessible water fountains.
